Visit of the cheese factory:

This guided tour will give an overview of the key steps in the manufacture of the Beaufort. This is also the opportunity to discover the rich natural and culinary heritage of the valley. The tour includes a video of Haute Maurienne agriculture and how Beaufort and Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc are made. We will then have a look around the ripening cellars and that will be the time to ask any questions after the guide’s presentation. A wine and Beaufort tasting session closes the tour.
